In 2020, Emily was diagnosed with breast cancer, a devastating blow to both of them. However, James did not hesitate for a moment, standing by her side as they faced the pain and challenges of treatment together. During this difficult journey, they serendipitously discovered the energy of crystals. Willing to try anything that might help Emily, James delved deeply into the study of crystals, incorporating them as part of her complementary therapy. Encouraged by him, Emily also actively learned about crystals, finding strength and solace in them, which helped her cope with the pain of cancer.
During her chemotherapy, Emily not only earned her Graduate Gemologist certification from the Gemological Institute but was also invited to become a lecturer at the institute—an achievement that commands admiration and showcases her resilience and courage.
In 2014, miraculously, Emily's condition gradually improved, and their long night finally saw the dawn. Both firmly believe that this improvement was not only due to the power of medicine but also stemmed from their unwavering love and faith in each other, as well as their relentless pursuit of hope.

This experience made Emily and James realize that love is the most powerful energy. They decided to share this love with more people, thus founding the brand CHERISH CRYSTAL, symbolizing eternal protection and cherishing. The brand not only shares their story but is also committed to supporting cancer patients, donating a portion of its proceeds to relevant charities to give back to society.
